2. Submit all information to the Statewide Multiple Listing Service within 24 hours. Including 12 Interior and Exterior Still Pictures.

3. Submit all information to the following Web Sites within 48 hours; www.FooksTeam.com , www.RILiving.com, www.NEMoves.com, www.ColdwellBanker.com, www.Realtor.com, www.ProJo.com,www.Trulia.com,www.Zillow.com ,www.OpenHouse.com, and other high traffic sites such as Yahoo, Google, MSN Real Estate and many others.

4. Put up a yard sign, conduct an office tour, and film a Full- Motion Video within the first 2 weeks (Not applicable for rental property).
